Do You Believe in GHOST??

Last week was probably one of the most thrilling and horrifyingly moments for Sekolah Menengah Sains Dungun. Heck, it could easily be the most horrifying moments for any school.

First, read here. That was an article from NST regarding that matter. But as usual, papers would add fabrication to spice it up.

Here's the real story. It all started last Friday when some girls claimed to see ghostly figures and went hysterical. Before nothing much could be done, the following Sunday, right after the assembly, kid after kid claimed to see 'ghost' flying all over classrooms. Some actually saw it, while others were merely caught in the hysterical frenzy.

The school decided to call off school that day, and students returned to their dormitories. There, things didn't get better, and people continued to go hysterical. And just to note, the victims were mostly girls.

The next day (monday), school was as usual again, but, just as the previous day, kids started claiming seeing ghosts, which resulted in the cancellation of the school once more. The whole school was in total chaos. Those who had the ability to sense these beings pointed to the hard spots everywhere in school. Even teachers went to the bathroom together! Ustazs were called to help maintain the situation, but they were basically not a match for all those so many jinns. Things would usually stay calm for a second, and go crazy the next.

Tuesday was the worst. It was as if the Aspuri was attacked by these jins. Everyone ran to the surau. Chaos was everywhere, and parents were called in to take their kids home. After that, things seemed to get back to normal, and school was ran as usual, with only the male students present.

And here's some additional facts about the 4 day incident:
  • The Silat teacher/ustaz, Cg. Jaafar, was called on Monday to clear things up, and catch those entity beings. He claimed that there were many jinns all over school, and that a real big one was in class 2C.
  • It was as if the jins were making fun of the situation. When students read the Quran to those affected, they would stick their tongues out in disgust.
  • It was also thought to be that dirty women sanitary napkins that were all over the place attracted the jins as well. So, on Monday night, the girls collected all the used napkins and burnt them. They also held a meeting to discuss about the disposals of these pads in the proper containers. However, when they woke up the next morning, those napkins were everywhere again, in toilet tanks, near poles, places that were hard to reach. Who threw them there?
  • In another incident, two hysterical students seemed to be wanting to fight each other. Both were in different rooms and had to be held by other students to prevent them from meeting. One was yelling "Sakit!" and the other was yelling, "Panas!"
  • Recovered affected students claimed that their friends' faces changed black and ugly.
  • The jins were thought to have come to SMSD via two incidents. First, ade orang hantar hantu nak kenekan bapak budak ni, tapi terpias kene anak die. Hantu tuh ikut anak die pergi sekolah. And then, half lagi hantu dari Bukit Bauk. Hantu2 tuh ikut budak2 yg training di bukit bauk balek.
  • Newspaper reportes were not permitted to enter the school premises and thus unable to obtain any information regarding the incident from the people in charge. Thus, their reports were very misleading.
Ok, I don't know what to say, but there is surely the existence of Satan and Jinns. And they, by Gods will, can transform into anything (but the Prophet) as they will to mislead human into disobedience to Allah.

We created you and then formed you and then We said to the angels, "Prostrate before Adam," and they prostrated-except for Iblis. He was not among those who prostrated. [Allah] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you to?" He [Iblis] replied, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and You created him from clay."

He [Allah] said, "Descend from Heaven. It is not for you to be arrogant in it. So get out! You are one of the abased." He [Iblis] said, "Grant me a reprieve until the day they are raised up." He [Allah] said, "You are one of the reprieved."

He [Iblis] said, "By Your misguidance of me, I will lie in ambush for them on your straight path." [Iblis said,] "Then I will come at them, from in front of them and behind them, from their right and from their left. You will not find most of them thankful." He [Allah] said, "Get out of it, reviled and driven out. As for those of them who follow you, I will fill up Hell with every one of you." (Surat al-A`raf, 11-18)

So let's hold strong and firm with the Quran and Sunnah, and forever shall we not go astray, InsyaAllah.

"I leave behind me two things, the Quran and my example, the Sunnah, and if you follow these
you will never go astray."

p/s: The story was obtained from my conversation with Cigku Rohana, a teacher who's been a warden at SMSD for 8 years.
