P90X Final Results

So officially, I finished my second round of P90X. I was quite consistent doing the program for the past 90 days, waking up as early as 6.30am in the morning to exercise. I usually won't have much time otherwise. But there were of course my days of slack, were I skipped routines, ate junk, etc, especially towards the end of the program.

Here are my results:

Body Fat: 11.8%
Weight: 135lbs
Chest: 35.5'
Waist: 30'
Hips: 36.5'
Thigh: 20/20'
Arm: 13/13.5

Overall, I'm quite happy with my results.

So whats next? Another round, MAYBE!
